In the majority of European museums the guided tour is optional and you can visit it any time within the working hours.
If you come here you can only see the courtyard. Please update your website and add this important info!
Beautiful place, professional and very nice guide. It is a pity that to visit the castle you also have to buy a ticket to the zoo.
Warning ⚠️ the visit isn't suitable for non German speaking people.
The castle is nice, but you can only see it with a guided tour, that is only in German with no translation, won't recommend unless you understand German.
You also have to buy tickets to the zoo in order to get in.

Can't compliment the tourguide enough the location and everything else. We are planning visiting again in spring.
The castle itself is incredible, a hidden gem near Graz. The tour was very concise, allowed us a view inside monument.
As others have mentioned, I would have preferred to have been able to buy an individual ticket for the castle itself, rather than for the zoo as well. However, I understand that may be a bit difficult to manage.
Worth a visit nonetheless!
